SAP & EPC TESTS
All new build domestic properties require an Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in order to ensure compliance with current building regulations.
With the current push towards energy efficiency and green technology, these assessments are becoming more important than ever, providing more energy efficient homes and unlocking access to preferential mortgage rates.
ON-SITE TESTING
We also offer the following

Spillage Testing - a safety requirement when stoves are in the same room as the kitchen extractor fan, a frequent occurrence in modern open plan living spaces.
Sound Testing - party wall must be sound tested for new build semi-detached dwellings, town houses, apartments etc.
Air Testing - New build properties also require an air test to be carried out on site.
